Hematology and Oncology Physician Locums Job Part-time Schedule Option Indiana IMLC State

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a fantastic health system that needs locums Hematology and Oncology coverage within Indiana. Please let me know which weeks of availability you have to offer and share your CV so that we can discuss!

Details/Requirements:
9/15-9/22 weekday clinic + weekend call. 9/22-9/26 weekday clinic. 10/13-10/20 weekday clinic + weekend call. 10/20-10/24 weekday clinic. 11/10-11/17 weekday clinic + weekend call. 11/17-11/21 weekday clinic. 12/8-12/15 weekday clinic + weekend call. 12/15-12/19 weekday clinic.
90% Hematology, 10% Oncology.
Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days with night call. If dates include weekend call, that is Friday night thru Monday morning 8am.
Onc consults in hospital as needed.
Board Certified Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
Active Indiana license or IMLC. BLS, DEA.
EPIC required.
