Lead Developer
As a Lead Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing OnBase solutions to enhance our healthcare claims processing systems. With a focus on Medicare and Medicaid claims you will leverage your expertise in OnBase Application Enabler Work view API and Workflow to drive efficiency and innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment contributing to the improvement of healthcare services.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of OnBase solutions to optimize healthcare claims processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for OnBase implementations.
- Develop and implement OnBase Workview configurations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Utilize OnBase API to integrate existing systems and enhance data exchange capabilities.
- Oversee the creation and management of OnBase workflows to automate claims processing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all OnBase solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on OnBase-related projects.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of OnBase solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot OnBase applications to resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using OnBase.
- Document all OnBase configurations and processes for future reference and training.
- Stay updated with the latest OnBase features and best practices to enhance solution offerings.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by improving healthcare claims processing efficiency.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Blaine, MN. What you need to have to be considered
- Possess strong experience in OnBase Application Enabler Workview API and Workflow.
- Demonstrate expertise in Medicare and Medicaid claims processing and payer domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have a proven track record of successful OnBase implementations.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Salary and other compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $97,000 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
