Key Responsibilities:

• Support clinical and administrative operations under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
• Maintain a compassionate environment by delivering outstanding patient service.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient intake processes.
• Perform essential duties such as vital checks, blood draws, and administering injections.
• Document and report any changes in patient conditions accurately.
• Assist with lab tests and prepare for minor procedures.
• Manage patient charts and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate referrals and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Engage in compliance training to uphold organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting as a Medical Assistant (MA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic.
• Current CPR certification is required upon hire.
• Additional certifications like TB and IV certifications should be obtained within 60 days of employment.
