Our Cash Office Team Leader manages the Cash Office and keeps it running like a well-oiled machine. Leaders are accountable for the operating performance of the department at all times. Be a Leader by representing the organization in a professional manner. Promote and develop individuals with mutual respect, inclusion, diversity and dignity. Coach Team Members on a regular basis with timely feedback identify opportunities for development and coach for success.

Job Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members; direct the work of Team Members; appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status; handle Team Member issues including, but not limited to complaints; discipline Team Members; plan the work; distribute or assign the work among Team Members; provide for the safety and security of Team Members or the store; manage the budget for your department or location; manage inventory for your department or location; monitor or implement compliance measures
• Manage the cash flow of the store by tracking register and safe balances daily to identify and resolve problems, minimize losses and maximize the store's profits.
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly cash and sales reports and maintain on site as required by company policy.
• Maintain records and paperwork according to state, federal, and Company regulations.
