The Office Manager I (OM I) position plays an integral role within the WellStar Health System as they are a leader that integrates patient experience, operational effectiveness, cultural integration, and system outcomes.

As a member of the WellStar Medical Group, the OM I is directly responsible for the overall office operations including directing daily clinical and business functions.

The OM I will plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of a WellStar Medical Group practice. OM I is also responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with WellStar Health System and WellStar Medical Group.

Required Minimum Education:

• Associates General or Bachelors General (Preferred)

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience is Required or
• Completion of Wellstar Administrative Fellowship is Required or
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in lieu of a degree Required
