Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' abilities to perform daily living skills and devise effective care plans.
• Implement therapy plans using appropriate modalities and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient care provided by designated staff in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain a safe and alert working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.

Experience:

• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and moving patients as required.

Licensure:

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Day Shift, 32 hours per week.
