Position Details:

• Department: Inpatient Acute Care
• Schedule: PRN, Day Shift, Work 1 Weekend a Month, As Needed During the Week
• Starting Pay: $50.00
• Shift Differentials: Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts
• Location: SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Oklahoma City

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits.
• Assess each patient's ability to perform daily living skills and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and document treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and modify plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes and available resources.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and help oversee team members providing care.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Licensure: Must possess or be eligible for Occupational Therapist licensure in your state of practice.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks throughout the day.
• Frequent lifting and movement of patients with weights up to 50 lbs.
• Visual and auditory skills to communicate effectively and monitor safety.
