Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation to comply with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely updates on all required physician orders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an accredited program.
- Certification by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
