Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering rehab facility in Jacksonville, Florida.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Florida
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital

Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,680 - $1,866 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment
