In this role, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to inspire patients every day by:

• Delegating tasks and supervising occupational therapist assistants and technicians.
• Providing expert occupational therapy treatment while adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
• Maintaining open communication with hospital departments to meet patient and staff needs.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification required on or before the first day of employment.
• CPR certification preferred, based on hospital policy.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited therapy program is preferred.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers required.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment protocols.
