Your Responsibilities:

1. Review resident information and assess its impact on treatment processes.
2. Conduct detailed functional assessments and evaluate home/vocational and equipment needs.
3. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set achievable functional goals for residents.
4. Adhere to documentation guidelines and maintain accurate departmental records.
5. Document progress notes after each treatment session.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Current license/certification for the state of practice.
3. Preferred experience or training in a similar setting serving the same age/type of resident population.
