Description: Summary: St. Elizabeth is looking for OB coverage for locums coverage for June 2025. Ongoing dates will be TBD as the facility completes their schedules. Site will put a preference on locums who are local to the facility due to some stints being 1 day. Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 200 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 3300 Tier 2: - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 4950 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 400 Tier 2: 401-450 - Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Holiday Call Back 600 - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
