Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company-wide compliance with observability standards by advocating for a uniform data approach utilizing OpenTelemetry (OTel).

• Design, deploy, and support containerized applications leveraging tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Create and sustain automation pipelines that enhance processes and bolster reliability, employing tools like Ansible and Azure DevOps.

• Promote GitOps best practices to improve our infrastructure delivery and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with ElasticSearch or HashiCorp Vault, demonstrating proficiency in installation, configuration, support, log analysis, and performance tuning.

• At least 2 years of experience using Docker or Kubernetes for container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools.

• Familiarity with AI/ML operations (AIOps) is a plus.
