Position Highlights:

• Operate in an independent practice with strong hospital affiliations offering comprehensive OBGYN services.

• Take part in patient assessments, care planning, and personalized care education, empowering patients to manage their health journeys.
• Enjoy a manageable call schedule – one weekday and one weekend call shift each month (subject to change based on business needs).
• Receive mentorship and growth opportunities working alongside experienced providers, ideal for early-career physicians. PGY-3 residents can apply for a paid mentorship program.
• All surgical operations will be accompanied by experienced physicians for support and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive women's health services, including office visits, deliveries, and a full range of surgical procedures.
• Perform GYN procedures including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Collaborate with specialists for integrated care, including GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or active application in process.
• Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.

The compensation for this position typically ranges from $278,500 to $484,500, including base pay and bonus potential, influenced by local labor markets, education, and relevant work experience.
