Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive women’s health services, performing office-based consultations, deliveries, and outpatient/inpatient surgical procedures.
• Provide compassionate and effective patient care that addresses both health problems and health promotion.
• Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, maintaining ethical standards and sensitivity to a variety of patient backgrounds.
• Demonstrate systems-based practice while leveraging healthcare resources to optimize patient care.
• Maintain regular office hours and manage your schedule, which includes on-call duties (shared equally) and attending necessary meetings.
• Contribute to departmental recruitment and community engagement efforts.
• Engage in full-scope GYN practice with opportunities for both major and minor surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced team, including GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU specialists.
• Participate in monthly collegial group meetings to share insights and practices.

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• A valid medical license in Nevada or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to starting the role.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual abilities can be advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills are essential.

The salary range for this position is between $278,500 and $484,500 per year, determined by experience and performance metrics. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
