A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Garden City, KS.

This opportunity consists of 24-hour shifts that include both clinic and call coverage. MHAS providers are in clinic Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and take call after hours, with Saturday and Sunday being call-only. The hospital averages 680 annual deliveries, with approximately 60% handled by staff. GYN surgical volume currently consists of half days, but there's a need to expand to full days, covering the full scope of GYN procedures. The facility has a Level II NICU (32 weeks), 12 LDRP rooms, and 24/7 coverage by Neonatal NPs. While there is no MFM onsite, MFM services are available in Wichita. One CNM is on staff and participates in deliveries along with one clinic day. There is no residency program, and in-house anesthesia is available for call nights and weekends. The EMR is Epic, clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and current OR days for clinicians are Monday and Friday.
