Who You Are:

• Education: Hold (or are willing to earn) a CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education we'll help you get there!
• Experience: 1-2 years in childcare is ideal, but your enthusiasm and dedication are what matter most.
• Skills: Strong communicator, multitasker, and positive role model for little learners.
• Heart for Teaching: You're passionate about making a difference in toddler and preschool classrooms.
• Energy: Ready to engage with children, lift up to 50 lbs, and provide a safe, loving environment.
