- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to implement and maintain healthcare informatics systems.
- Analyze clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training for staff on the use of informatics systems and technology.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to healthcare information systems.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and the IT department to address system-related issues.
- Active RN license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, advanced degrees in Nursing Informatics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare IT or informatics roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare informatics systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
