The community you'll be caring for: When you need care, you don't want to have to travel far. Our dedicated, expert team at AdventHealth South Overland Park, formerly Shawnee Mission Health Overland Park, provides excellent care to communities of southeastern Johnson County, with 24/7 emergency room services, an advanced imaging center, physical therapy, and more.

The role you'll contribute: The Clinical Associate (CA) functions as a member of the patient care team. The CA is responsible for providing direct patient care and any assigned duties as designated by his/her competency level to ensure optimal patient care. The CA works under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent, BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association, CNA License or enrollment in an RN program
• Preferred qualifications: 1 Years of Position-Related Experience
