Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Colchester, Illinois. This full-time, exempt position offers the opportunity to provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality care to patients in a community-focused setting.

In this role, youll independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute medical conditions, prescribe medications, and conduct wellness screenings. Youll also play an integral role in connecting patients to broader healthcare services, while supporting day-to-day operational duties such as registration and insurance processing.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, day shift with variable hours
• Pay range: $56.77$85.16/hr, based on experience and internal equity

Qualifications:

• Masters degree and licensure in the state of Illinois as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Experience in family practice, urgent care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with minor procedures and managing a variety of patient populations
• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance (CLIA, CDC, OSHA, etc.)
