Nurse Practitioner, Oncology/Hematology in Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Oncology/Hematology team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and hematology care, with a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Monitor and manage patient symptoms and side effects
4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care
6. Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Oncology/Hematology
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio (or willing to get)
• Certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (ONP-C) preferred
• Prior experience in oncology or hematology setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
