Location: Central California (Foothills, near Yosemite) Salary Range: $136k$163k (DOE)

About the Role

A rural health clinic in Central California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated primary care team. In this role, youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages while enjoying the worklife balance of a full-time, outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, history, and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans per California scope of practice
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide health education, preventive care, and wellness counseling
• Coordinate patient follow-up, referrals, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellent care delivery

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted California NP license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• 2+ years of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Sensitivity to cultural, social, and community health needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $136k$163k (based on experience)
