Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a Nurse Manager opening for our Surgical Services team. Be part of the mission to lead and deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital.
Reporting to our Associate Chief Nursing Officer, as the Nurse Manager, you will lead our team that specializes in providing its patients with state-of-the art technology and wide spectrum of advanced surgical specialties while delivering small-town compassion with high-quality personalized care. Be part of a superior team that is named a national Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for the department's staff management, operations, throughput, budget and quality & safety. You will empower your team members to collaborate with physicians and staff to continue the valued premier obstetrics services that Winchester Hospital delivers within the community.
Ideal candidates will have the following:

• A bachelor's degree in nursing and must obtain MSN within 5 years of hire. Preferred: MSN on hire
• At least five years of work experience as a nurse, with at least two years' clinical experience in obstetrics delivery (surgical services)
• At least five years of leadership experience. Budget management experience is preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure
• Certification in specialty area within 2 years
