Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager, RN for Leesville, LA. Essential Job Functions:

• Completes nursing assessment thoroughly and in a timely manner within facility guidelines.
• Assessment includes all required screenings and components.
• Communicates effectively with physicians and ensures orders are accurate and carried out accordingly.
• Accurately documents on treatment plan illustrating patient progress or need for additional problem or intervention identification.
• Follows policy and procedure and involves next line of leadership as needed to resolve issues.
• Intervenes appropriately in crisis situations.
• Manages ancillary staff

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
• Additional Requirements: CPR certification, CPI and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications provided by Brentwood Hospital.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
