The role you'll contribute:

The Nurse Manager is a specialized health care professional who adheres to the goals, philosophy, standards, and guidelines of the health care organization. Reporting to the department Director, this role collaborates with the Director and other leaders to provide leadership to the unit(s) assigned by coordinating the care and services of selected patient populations across the continuum of illness. The Nurse Manager promotes effective utilization of health care resources, monitors these resources, and assumes a leadership role with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes.

Educates and mentors staff, ensuring adherence to clinical practice models and evidence-based practices.

Acts as a House Supervisor in conjunction with Nurse Manager role

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Education and Experience Required:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Bachelor's of Nursing

2 years of work experience

1 years of leadership experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
