Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in dialysis and acute care settings.
• Previous experience in a nursing management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety standards, clinical management, and discharge planning processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Nursing Management or Leadership (e.g., Nurse Executive Certification).
• Experience working in gastroenterology or specialty healthcare services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
• Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives in clinical settings.

Responsibilities:
