Position Available: Nurse (LPN/RN)

About the Role:

• Conduct physical exams and assess medical history for donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain confidentiality for both donors and staff.
• Educate donors on health and address any concerns regarding test results.
• Manage any donor injuries or adverse events thoughtfully.
• Assist in training employees and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Qualifications:

• Currently certified/licensed as an LPN, RN, or other relevant qualification as per state requirements.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Physical and Professional Attributes:

• Ability to perform duties both standing and sitting for extended periods.
• Capable of frequent hand movements, with precision and coordination.
• Light lifting requirements (up to 50 lbs), with good visual acuity and hearing capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and relate complex information clearly.
• Ability to adapt to various tasks and maintain sensitivity when working with diverse groups.

This position involves working in a plasma donation center, exposing you to biological fluids, and ensuring safety while performing essential health responsibilities.
