Position: Center Medical Specialist
We are excited to invite applications for the role of LPN or RN at our Plasma Donation Center!
Note: Salary is determined based on licensure and experience.

Your Role:
- Conduct physical examinations and gather medical histories to evaluate donor suitability.
- Build strong relationships with donors to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain confidentiality for both donors and staff.
- Educate donors about potential health hazards and guide them through the donation process.
- Assess and address any donor injuries or adverse events.
- Evaluate health histories and medication usage to confirm donor suitability.
- Assist in training new employees and oversee the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
Requirements:
Applicants must be currently licensed in their respective state as a RN, LPN, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT, with active CPR certification.

- Comfort with bending and twisting during procedures.
- Skill in precise hand movements and coordination.
- Occasional light lifting and physical activity.
- Effective communication skills for clear information exchange.
- Self-starter capable of following both oral and written instructions.
- Adaptability to perform various tasks based on changing needs.
