Job Summary
PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION: The Staff Development, Employee Health RN facilitates and oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY: Reports to the Director of Nursing. #LI-OnSite

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing • Current Massachusetts Nursing License • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred • BLS EXPERIENCE • One year of management experience required
