Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Full Time

This full-time position is based in Mount Kisco, New York, at the following location: 100 S Bedford Road, Mount Kisco, 10549.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures and examinations for radiological diagnosis.
• Administer radio-pharmaceuticals and medications for imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Operate CT scanners in conjunction with nuclear medicine procedures.
• Provide critical images and data analysis for diagnostic interpretation.
• Evaluate images for quality and ensure all equipment is calibrated correctly.
• Support quality control processes and maintain day-to-day operations within the department.
• Review patient charts and requisitions to prepare for imaging studies.
• Educate patients on procedures to ensure they are well-informed and safe throughout their experience.
• Collaborate closely with the radiologist to ensure technical accuracy and complete examinations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• CT Certification within 180 days of hire (for PET technologists).
