• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 590 beds
• Full specialty support
• Open ICU with Intensivist on site
• 24/7 Critical Care Program managed by SCP Health
• No procedures required
• Staffing Model:
  • 6 MD/DOs 7am-7pm (1 admitting & 5 rounding)
  • 3 NP/PAs 7am-7pm (rounding)
  • 1 NP/PA 5pm-5am (cross coverage)
  • 1 MD/DO 7pm-7am (admitting)
• Paid malpractice with unlimited tail coverage
• EMR: Meditech
• Qualifications:
  • NPs and PAs must have at least 1 year of experience in hospital medicine, cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, critical care, or gastroenterology.
