Location: Charleston, WV Start Date: October 6, 2025 Contract Length: 3236 weeks Schedule: 35 hours/week Pay: Starting at $22/hr, with potential for higher rates based on certification and experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students in a school setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of school and clinical staff
• Track progress and collaborate with educators and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs
• RBT certification preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a compassionate approach to care
