Instructional Aides And Behavior Technicians

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides and Behavior Technicians to support our students in the Orange County region. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities.

Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children's development

Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children.

Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility

Follow all program policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
