Caregiver Position

Location: Lynnwood, Everett, Bothell, and surrounding areas.

We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, shorter shifts (46 hours), and who drive or are willing to commute between clients.

Live-in pay rates - $330-350 per day

Short 4-hour shifts pay $25 per hour

Currently hiring for all shifts (daytime and weekend coverage highly preferred)

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Active CNA or HCA license
• Nurse Delegation certification and Hoyer lift experience highly preferred (especially for Edmonds/Lynwood clients)
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) highly preferred but not required.
