Minimum of 120 hours/month (10-twelve hour shifts). $50 for each discharge. $110/encounter for every encounter over 18 (swing)/ 12 (nocturnist)
Sign-on bonus (25K)

Potential for monthly stipend final 24 months of training (2K/month)
