Join a leading regional medical centers Hospital Medicine team as a Nocturnist Physician providing dedicated inpatient care during night shifts. This full-time position offers a manageable schedule that promotes work-life balance and the chance to collaborate within a physician-led medical group.

Work 144 twelve-hour night shifts annually with a six-on-nine-off rotation.

Extra shifts available for additional income if desired.

Provide care primarily at a 370-bed hospital with a closed ICU managed by pulmonary/critical care specialists.

Support advanced practice providers covering patients across multiple locations.

Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless patient documentation and coordination.

Collaborate with a supportive team focused on mentoring and professional growth.

Physician-led group with nearly 1,600 providers and advanced practice professionals.

Competitive salary range: $252,000 - $280,000 annually (quality/productivity bonuses may apply).
