NOC Engineer

Apex Systems is looking for a NOC Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues related to the organization's network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about networking and eager to grow in a dynamic, 24/7 operations environment. The successful candidate will help ensure high availability and performance of network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using NOC tools and dashboards.
• Respond to alerts, investigate incidents, and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior engineers or relevant departments.
• Perform routine health checks and generate daily network performance reports.
• Log and document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to SLA guidelines.

Skills:

• Requires 2+ years of experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation.
• Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
