Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life dynamic with a flexible schedule. Opportunity exists to design a schedule with a team of Pediatric providers including APP Support.
Diverse Responsibilities: Take on a varied role that includes Pediatric admissions, newborn nursery coverage, special care nursery (NICU Level II) and rotational baby coverage for physicians and pediatricians who don't see their inpatient newborns.
Teaching Opportunities: Engage in meaningful teaching with Advanced Practice Providers, Memorial Family Medicine Residents, Medical Students and our HOSA program. Contribute to pre-rounds on pediatric patients, clinical case reviews, and discussions on special interest topics.
Collaborative Environment: Be an integral part of our Pediatric Department, attending quarterly meetings and participating in the monthly Pediatrics Core Care Team as a valued member of the Pediatric Center of Excellence.

$250,000 Salary + Quality Incentives
$50,000 Sign on Bonus
$3,500 CME allowance
