Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Location: Washington, DC Metro Area

Currently seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to join our expanding team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art breast imaging center located in the heart of Washington, DC.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare patients and perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies (preferred but not required)
• Collaborate with radiologists to produce high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis
• Maintain clear communication with patients, educating them about procedures and breast health
• Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and safety throughout the exam process
• Perform and document quality control procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

What You'll Need:

• Current ARRT certification in Mammography, or eligible with appropriate clinical documentation
• 2+ years team lead or supervisory experience required
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Compliance with MQSA/FDA requirements: 15 CEUs every 3 years and 200 documented cases every 2 years
• Strong positioning and exposure technique skills
• Exceptional patient care and communication skills
