Grossing Technician Full Time

Were looking for a Grossing Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced lab environment while contributing to meaningful patient care.

What Youll Do

1. Accession, label, and process surgical specimens accurately
2. Perform gross descriptions and dissections of routine specimens
3. Document anatomic features and ensure proper tissue selection for slides
4. Maintain specimen integrity and patient identification throughout processing
5. Escalate complex or non-routine specimens to senior staff as needed
6. Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with lab standards

What Youll Bring

• Associate degree in chemical, physical, or biological science, or medical lab technology (required)
• 1 year of lab training or grossing experience preferred
• State licensure if required by law
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient care

Bonus points if you have:

• 2+ years of grossing or lab experience in a high-volume setting
