Advanced Practice Provider wanted to join Neurosurgery practice at St. Mark s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.
Qualified Candidates:

Join existing practice working with an experienced neurosurgeon
Responsible to perform outpatient work and inpatient work in the operating room
Outpatient clinic located on hospital campus
Active UT license and DEA required or ability to obtain UT license and DEA
