Job Summary:

As a Neurodiagnostic EEG Technician, you will perform a variety of neurodiagnostic tests, including EEG, evoked potentials, and epilepsy monitoring. You will document patient procedures, assist in nerve conduction testing, and participate in educational opportunities within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform EEG and evoked potential recordings following established protocols and American Clinical Neurophysiology Society guidelines.
2. Document and summarize patient neurological status for physician interpretation.
3. Support department goals and contribute to new program development.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, practicing infection control and safety protocols.
5. Deliver high-quality service and care to patients and their families.
6. Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education to enhance professional growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience performing EEGs, NCV, and EPs.
• Registered or registry-eligible by ABRET (R. EEG T.) within 18 months of hire.
• BLS Certification required.
