Network Engineer

TekSynap is seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, and secure DoD/JPO networks, ensuring resilient communications and integration with JWCC and coalition environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure/manage Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, routers, and tunnels.
• Support secure connectivity to JWCC and DoD networks.
• Ensure interoperability across coalition and SAP networks.
• Maintain resilience, redundancy, and secure routing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, IT, or related.
• 7+ years DoD networking; experience with Palo Alto and Cisco devices.
• Demonstrated expertise with VPNs, firewalls, and secure JWCC cloud integration.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGs and RMF network compliance.
• DoD 8570: IAT Level II (CCNA Security, Security+, or equivalent).
• Active Secret clearance.
