Neonatologist - Level III NICUTorrance, California Permanent, Full-Time No Locums or Visa Candidates Position Highlights:Join a well-established 32-bed Level III NICU located in the scenic South Bay region of Los Angeles County. This position offers a supportive, team-based environment, excellent subspecialty collaboration, and a focus on work/life balance. Clinical Details:

NICU Level: Level III
Bed Count: 32 beds
Average Daily Census: 12
Setting: Community hospital; CCS-designated facility
Subspecialty Support: Pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, ENT
Responsibilities:
- Provide NICU care & newborn service
- Collaborate on complex neonatal cases
- Engage in family communication and support
- Participate in quality initiatives (e.g., CPQCC)
- Maintain standards with hospital leadership
Schedule: Designed to support work/life balance

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology
Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Torrance area
Not accepting locums
Not accepting visa candidates
