Technical Skills:
The Protein and Bioanalytical Sciences (PBS) team is committed to creating and delivering quality novel research test articles for preclinical evaluation of antibody-based cancer treatments. This position is responsible for preparing test articles, shipping materials (both domestically & internationally), and assisting with logistical duties on behalf of various Oncology Research Unit (ORU) departments. Materials include - but are not limited to - Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), proteins, toxic linker payloads, and bioanalysis study samples. Additional duties include performing routine inventory maintenance and sample organizing activities.
Principal Responsibilities
• Regular maintenance and auditing of robust inventories
• Performing inventory recalling activities for request fulfilment including sample preparation including aliquoting, sample checks (i.e UV-Vis)
• Timely material recording and facilitation with Shipping and Receiving documentation
• Managing large reagent inventories with Freezerworks software.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or related field with 0-2 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on laboratory experience (excluding college coursework).
• Protein and/or antibody and small compound handling experience.
• Practical and general knowledge and experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience with automated lab equipment and protocols is a plus.
• Experience working with protein liquid chromatography or spectroscopy instrumentation. Prior experience working with electronic lab notebooks and/or LIMS systems.
Hard Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or related field with 0-2 years relevant experience, or equivalent.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $20- - $22 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
