H&H Management Group, LLC is looking for someone responsible for leading overall operations for six stores. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing store managers, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety and health requirements and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Team Environment: Hire, train, and develop store managers; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review their performance; provide coaching and feedback; and discipline when appropriate.
• Operational Excellence: Lead and develop operational strategy for multiple stores; create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant; ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals; maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws; ensure brand standards and systems are executed; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards; and complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
• Profitability: Control costs to help maximize profitability; ensure all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner; ensure all new product roll-outs including team training, marketing, and sampling; and set sales goals and track results.

Compensation: Competitive Salary ($65,000 - $85,000) + Bonus; Paid Time Off; Health Insurance Benefits; 401k Matching.

Skills/Qualifications: Experience managing multiple restaurants with proven success; fluent in English; knowledge of financial management; restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience; at least 18 years of age; high school diploma, or equivalent; must have anytime availability and work all shifts.
