Key Responsibilities

Champion Clinical Excellence

• Deliver excellent veterinary care with 75–100% of your time dedicated to patients

• Perform procedures, see clients, and develop a strong local following

• Provide real-time case support and surgical/dental mentorship to fellow DVMs

• Lead initiatives to streamline operations and elevate client experiences

Build a Positive Veterinary Community

• Promote a collaborative, inclusive hospital culture

• Work alongside the Regional Director to align goals and execute strategy

• Assist in recruiting outstanding DVM talent with the Talent Relations Team

• Guide new graduate veterinarians through professional development and mentorship

Drive Operational & Clinical Success

• Improve hospital scheduling, efficiency, and patient flow

• Assess and respond to staffing needs, resource gaps, and clinic metrics

• Participate in budget planning , performance reviews, and goal setting

Ensure Compliance & Quality

• Conduct hospital quality inspections and audits

• Monitor DEA logs and ensure all regulatory standards are met

What You’ll Bring

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

• Active veterinary license in the state(s) served

• 3–5 years of clinical experience

• DEA license registration (if applicable)

• Strong leadership presence: empathetic, confident, and team-oriented

• Willingness to travel locally to supported hospitals (company-paid travel)

Time Allocation & Travel

• 75–100% of your time will be clinical , working alongside the team and caring for patients

• Remaining time is for mentoring, compliance checks, hiring, and performance reviews

• Travel between hospitals in the South Georgia region is required

Schedule & Compensation

• 4-day work week

• Production-based pay (ProSal or Salary) —your clinical work directly impacts earnings

• Flexible compensation model : Straight Salary or ProSal
