Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assist other maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
• Complete work orders, records, logs, and other documents according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, logic controls, and PLCs.
• Operate material handling equipment and other powered equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including lift trucks, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
• Diagnose refrigeration and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance specializing in electronic technology OR 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in electronic technology and 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance specializing in electronic technology.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:

The work schedule follows a B1 schedule (Saturday-Monday, 5:00 am-5:30 pm) totaling approximately 34 hours a week. The environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and conditions such as extreme heat, cold, and dampness. The role involves working at heights, in noisy areas, and sometimes outdoors. Special handling of substances may be required, and varying shifts, including overnight work, are part of the job.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.95/hr.
