Position Summary

This is a 6-month co-op position on the MSAT Process Support team. The primary focus of the MSAT Process Support team is to provide product and process support to Cell Therapy Manufacturing Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb's GMP facility in Bothell, WA. The co-op position will focus on the Rotea cell processing system, which is a critical piece of equipment used in the manufacturing process for novel pipeline cell therapy products. The co-op position will focus on developing resources and tools that will enable the Process Support team to better understand this new piece of equipment, which will enable the team to support troubleshooting issues during manufacturing and deviation investigations that may impact our product.

The full-time co-op will take place January - June 2026.

  Currently pursuing a life science/STEM Bachelor's or Master's degree

  Familiarity working in a laboratory environment, and good lab practices

  Experience with data manipulation and analysis

  Strong team collaboration skills, a curious mindset, and a proactive approach to learning

This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $23.00 to $42.00/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation details are subject to change.

Compensation Overview:

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
