Project Delivery Specialist

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.

Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

Customization & Configuration: Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.

Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.

Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active or ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Prior experience collaborating with Veterans Affairs stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,000 to $180,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
